visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Account Deletion&#8221; &#8212; SX Consent\" src=\"https:\/\/sxconsent.com\/account-deletion\/embed\/#?secret=KpFqU4QDDm#?secret=cjYuC8uCdI\" data-secret=\"cjYuC8uCdI\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p><p>If you request data deletion but do not request account deletion, SX Consent may be unable to continue providing some or all features because required data may be deleted, restricted or unavailable.<\/p><p>If you request account deletion but do not separately request data deletion, some eligible personal data may still be deleted as part of the account deletion process, while other data may be retained under this Policy and applicable law.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Data Deletion Is Not Subscription Cancellation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Requesting data deletion does not cancel your subscription.<\/p><p>If you purchased through Apple App Store, you must cancel through Apple subscription settings.<\/p><p>If you purchased through Google Play, you must cancel through Google Play subscription settings.<\/p><p>If you purchased through Stripe, web checkout or another authorized web payment method, you must cancel through the applicable SX Consent or provider cancellation process.<\/p><p>Data deletion does not create a refund right.<\/p><p>Subscription payments remain subject to the SX Consent Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> No Refund for Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Submitting a data deletion request does not entitle you to a refund.<\/p><p>This applies to:<\/p><ul><li>monthly subscriptions;<\/li><li>quarterly subscriptions;<\/li><li>annual subscriptions;<\/li><li>trial conversions;<\/li><li>subscription renewals;<\/li><li>unused time;<\/li><li>partial billing periods;<\/li><li>premium features;<\/li><li>evidence features;<\/li><li>identity-readiness features;<\/li><li>app-readiness features;<\/li><li>account services;<\/li><li>web purchases;<\/li><li>Apple App Store purchases;<\/li><li>Google Play purchases;<\/li><li>Stripe purchases;<\/li><li>any paid SX Consent service.<\/li><\/ul><p>If data deletion makes certain features unavailable, you are not entitled to a refund unless a refund is required by applicable law or a controlling payment provider policy.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> How to Request Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You may request deletion of eligible personal data through one of the following methods.<\/p><p><strong>6.1 Web Data Deletion Request<\/strong><\/p><p>You may request data deletion through:<\/p><p><blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"MGS7CVft0y\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sxconsent.com\/data-deletion\/\">Data Deletion<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Data Deletion&#8221; &#8212; SX Consent\" src=\"https:\/\/sxconsent.com\/data-deletion\/embed\/#?secret=1bSo1vQTuk#?secret=MGS7CVft0y\" data-secret=\"MGS7CVft0y\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p><p>This public resource is intended to support users who need a web-based deletion method, including users who no longer have the app installed.<\/p><p><strong>6.2 In-App Data Deletion Request<\/strong><\/p><p>When available, you may request data deletion inside the SX Consent app through:<\/p><p><strong>Settings \u2192 Privacy \u2192 Data Deletion<\/strong><\/p><p>or another similarly labeled privacy request workflow.<\/p><p><strong>6.3 Email Request<\/strong><\/p><p>You may email:<\/p><p><strong><u><a href=\"mailto:privacy@sxconsent.com\">Click Here<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Your request should include:<\/p><ul><li>full legal name;<\/li><li>SX Consent account email;<\/li><li>mobile phone number associated with the account;<\/li><li>country and state of residence;<\/li><li>whether you also want account deletion;<\/li><li>the categories of data you want deleted, if known;<\/li><li>any request ID, if available;<\/li><li>a clear statement that you are requesting deletion of eligible personal data.<\/li><\/ul><p>Do not send sensitive session details, health documents, government ID images, safety words, safe phrases, duress phrases, private notes or evidence package contents by email unless specifically requested through a secure process.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> Identity Verification for Data Deletion Requests<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent must protect sensitive information and multi-party records. We may require verification before processing a data deletion request.<\/p><p>We may request or verify:<\/p><ul><li>legal name;<\/li><li>account email;<\/li><li>phone number;<\/li><li>recent login;<\/li><li>phone verification;<\/li><li>email verification;<\/li><li>device verification;<\/li><li>PIN confirmation;<\/li><li>identity verification status;<\/li><li>transaction ID;<\/li><li>support history;<\/li><li>account metadata;<\/li><li>signed statement;<\/li><li>additional proof of authority if the request is made by an authorized agent.<\/li><\/ul><p>We may deny, delay or limit a request if we cannot verify that the request comes from the account holder or authorized representative.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong> Authorized Agents<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Where required by law, you may authorize another person to submit a data deletion request on your behalf.<\/p><p>SX Consent may require:<\/p><ul><li>written authorization;<\/li><li>proof of identity of the requester;<\/li><li>proof of identity of the account holder;<\/li><li>proof of authority;<\/li><li>power of attorney where applicable;<\/li><li>additional security checks.<\/li><\/ul><p>SX Consent may deny requests from unauthorized persons.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong> Categories of Data That May Be Eligible for Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Subject to verification, retention exceptions and technical limitations, SX Consent may delete, restrict, anonymize, de-identify or archive eligible data such as:<\/p><ul><li>account profile fields;<\/li><li>non-essential \u201cAbout Me\u201d information;<\/li><li>non-essential profile preferences;<\/li><li>user settings;<\/li><li>certain device tokens;<\/li><li>certain inactive session tokens;<\/li><li>certain draft records not tied to multi-party workflows;<\/li><li>certain support messages;<\/li><li>certain unused onboarding data;<\/li><li>certain non-finalized requirement profile drafts;<\/li><li>certain non-essential analytics data;<\/li><li>certain app preferences;<\/li><li>certain notification preferences;<\/li><li>certain non-essential cached records;<\/li><li>certain data not required for legal, evidence, security, fraud, payment, provider or compliance reasons.<\/li><\/ul><p>Eligibility depends on context. Data that appears deletable in one situation may be retained in another if it is connected to a signed agreement, evidence package, dispute, legal hold, active session, multi-party record or provider obligation.<\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><strong> Categories of Data That May Be Retained<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may retain data after a deletion request where reasonably necessary or permitted, including:<\/p><ul><li>signed agreements;<\/li><li>signature metadata;<\/li><li>evidence packages;<\/li><li>document hashes;<\/li><li>manifest hashes;<\/li><li>active session records;<\/li><li>paused session records;<\/li><li>withdrawn consent records;<\/li><li>ended session records;<\/li><li>closure records;<\/li><li>notification logs;<\/li><li>SMS opt-in and opt-out records;<\/li><li>email verification records;<\/li><li>phone verification records;<\/li><li>device security records;<\/li><li>identity verification metadata;<\/li><li>adult verification metadata;<\/li><li>payment records;<\/li><li>subscription records;<\/li><li>app store receipt metadata;<\/li><li>refund records;<\/li><li>chargeback records;<\/li><li>support records;<\/li><li>legal records;<\/li><li>audit logs;<\/li><li>safety events;<\/li><li>location integrity events;<\/li><li>geofence or session zone records;<\/li><li>fraud-prevention records;<\/li><li>security logs;<\/li><li>provider records;<\/li><li>tax and accounting records;<\/li><li>account deletion request records;<\/li><li>data deletion request records;<\/li><li>records involving another user;<\/li><li>records required by law;<\/li><li>records needed to enforce Terms and Conditions;<\/li><li>records needed to protect rights, privacy, safety or property.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong> Reasons SX Consent May Retain Data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may retain data where reasonably necessary to:<\/p><ul><li>comply with law;<\/li><li>respond to legal process;<\/li><li>preserve evidence integrity;<\/li><li>preserve signed agreement integrity;<\/li><li>preserve multi-party records;<\/li><li>protect another participant\u2019s rights;<\/li><li>maintain audit trails;<\/li><li>investigate fraud;<\/li><li>prevent abuse;<\/li><li>prevent underage use;<\/li><li>prevent repeat violations;<\/li><li>defend legal claims;<\/li><li>resolve disputes;<\/li><li>comply with app store requirements;<\/li><li>comply with provider requirements;<\/li><li>comply with tax and accounting obligations;<\/li><li>process subscriptions;<\/li><li>defend chargebacks;<\/li><li>maintain SMS consent evidence;<\/li><li>maintain opt-out evidence;<\/li><li>maintain security logs;<\/li><li>preserve safety records;<\/li><li>enforce Terms and Conditions;<\/li><li>comply with legal holds;<\/li><li>protect SX Consent, users, providers and the public.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong> Evidence Records and Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may generate contextual evidence records, evidence packages, evidence metadata, timestamps, hashes, signed agreement records, closure records, notification logs, safety events, location integrity records and audit trails.<\/p><p>These records may be retained even after a data deletion request where needed for:<\/p><ul><li>evidence integrity;<\/li><li>legal claims;<\/li><li>dispute resolution;<\/li><li>fraud prevention;<\/li><li>multi-party records;<\/li><li>safety review;<\/li><li>compliance;<\/li><li>enforcement;<\/li><li>court, arbitration or legal proceedings;<\/li><li>protection of another participant\u2019s rights.<\/li><\/ul><p>Evidence records are contextual records. They are not legal conclusions and are not absolute proof. However, because they may be important to users, SX Consent may preserve them when deletion would compromise integrity or another user\u2019s rights.<\/p><ol start=\"13\"><li><strong> Signed Agreements and Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>If your data appears in a one-time session agreement that was signed or otherwise accepted, SX Consent may retain that agreement and related metadata.<\/p><p>Signed agreements may include:<\/p><ul><li>participant identifiers;<\/li><li>legal names or verified identity indicators;<\/li><li>agreement version;<\/li><li>accepted terms;<\/li><li>privacy expectations;<\/li><li>non-disparagement provisions;<\/li><li>social media restrictions;<\/li><li>non-disclosure provisions;<\/li><li>health-related status indicators if included;<\/li><li>location context if included;<\/li><li>signature status;<\/li><li>signature timestamps;<\/li><li>document hashes;<\/li><li>evidence metadata.<\/li><\/ul><p>Deleting one participant\u2019s data may not delete, invalidate or alter the signed agreement.<\/p><ol start=\"14\"><li><strong> Multi-Party Records<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent records may involve more than one user.<\/p><p>Multi-party records may include:<\/p><ul><li>invitations;<\/li><li>cross-intake results;<\/li><li>requirement matches;<\/li><li>accepted requirements;<\/li><li>declined requirements;<\/li><li>agreement drafts;<\/li><li>signed agreements;<\/li><li>active session logs;<\/li><li>location integrity logs;<\/li><li>notification records;<\/li><li>closure responses;<\/li><li>evidence packages;<\/li><li>support records involving multiple participants;<\/li><li>safety events;<\/li><li>audit records.<\/li><\/ul><p>One user\u2019s deletion request may not delete data that belongs to, affects, protects or documents another user.<\/p><p>SX Consent may retain multi-party records where necessary to preserve evidence integrity, user rights, legal obligations, dispute records, safety records or platform integrity.<\/p><ol start=\"15\"><li><strong> Active or Unresolved Session Records<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may deny, delay, limit or pause data deletion if the account has an unresolved lifecycle.<\/p><p>Unresolved lifecycle states may include:<\/p><ul><li>pending invitation;<\/li><li>accepted invitation;<\/li><li>cross-intake in progress;<\/li><li>agreement created;<\/li><li>pending signatures;<\/li><li>signed agreement;<\/li><li>evidence pending;<\/li><li>evidence sealed;<\/li><li>active session;<\/li><li>paused session;<\/li><li>resumed session;<\/li><li>withdrawal pending;<\/li><li>closure pending;<\/li><li>help requested;<\/li><li>unresolved safety event;<\/li><li>unresolved privacy request;<\/li><li>unresolved data deletion request;<\/li><li>unresolved account deletion request;<\/li><li>unresolved legal hold;<\/li><li>unresolved chargeback or payment dispute.<\/li><\/ul><p>Data deletion may be processed after the lifecycle is resolved, subject to retention exceptions.<\/p><ol start=\"16\"><li><strong> Health-Related Data and Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>If health-related features were used, health-related data may be deleted, restricted or retained depending on context.<\/p><p>Health-related data may include:<\/p><ul><li>health declaration requirement;<\/li><li>last tested date;<\/li><li>STD\/STI document status;<\/li><li>STD\/STI document metadata;<\/li><li>vaccination-related selections;<\/li><li>health practices selections;<\/li><li>health acknowledgments;<\/li><li>health-related requirement acceptance or decline;<\/li><li>health-related evidence metadata.<\/li><\/ul><p>SX Consent may retain health-related data where it is part of:<\/p><ul><li>a signed agreement;<\/li><li>evidence package;<\/li><li>cross-intake result;<\/li><li>session requirement;<\/li><li>audit log;<\/li><li>safety event;<\/li><li>legal record;<\/li><li>provider record;<\/li><li>fraud-prevention record;<\/li><li>multi-party record.<\/li><\/ul><p>SX Consent is not a healthcare provider, telemedicine provider, clinic, laboratory or medical service. Health-related data is handled according to the Health Data Handling Policy and Sensitive Data Consent.<\/p><ol start=\"17\"><li><strong> Sensitive Data and Data Deletion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Sensitive data may include:<\/p><ul><li>identity verification status;<\/li><li>adult verification status;<\/li><li>phone number;<\/li><li>email address;<\/li><li>profile photo;<\/li><li>gender;<\/li><li>relationship status;<\/li><li>private requirements;<\/li><li>boundary matrix selections;<\/li><li>health-related declarations;<\/li><li>safety settings;<\/li><li>location integrity records;<\/li><li>trusted contact settings;<\/li><li>safety word configured status;<\/li><li>safe phrase configured status;<\/li><li>duress phrase configured status;<\/li><li>signature metadata;<\/li><li>evidence metadata;<\/li><li>closure records.<\/li><\/ul><p>Sensitive data may be deleted where eligible, but SX Consent may retain sensitive data where necessary for legal, security, evidence, fraud-prevention, multi-party record, safety or compliance purposes.<\/p><ol start=\"18\"><li><strong> Identity Verification Data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may use third-party identity or adult verification providers.<\/p><p>A data deletion request to SX Consent may delete or restrict eligible SX Consent-held provider metadata, but may not delete data controlled by the provider.<\/p><p>Identity verification provider data may include:<\/p><ul><li>government ID images;<\/li><li>selfie\/liveness images;<\/li><li>document authenticity checks;<\/li><li>verification session IDs;<\/li><li>biometric-related analysis;<\/li><li>verification status;<\/li><li>fraud-prevention metadata;<\/li><li>provider logs.<\/li><\/ul><p>Unless expressly stated otherwise, SX Consent does not intend to store raw government ID images, selfie\/liveness images or biometric templates in its own database.<\/p><p>You may need to contact the identity verification provider directly for provider-held data.<\/p><ol start=\"19\"><li><strong> SMS and Messaging Data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may retain SMS-related data for compliance and security reasons.<\/p><p>SMS data may include:<\/p><ul><li>mobile number;<\/li><li>opt-in record;<\/li><li>opt-out record;<\/li><li>HELP\/STOP activity;<\/li><li>SMS consent screen version;<\/li><li>verification code request metadata;<\/li><li>delivery logs;<\/li><li>provider message IDs;<\/li><li>carrier metadata;<\/li><li>timestamps;<\/li><li>audit logs.<\/li><\/ul><p>SX Consent may retain SMS records for:<\/p><ul><li>Twilio compliance;<\/li><li>A2P 10DLC compliance;<\/li><li>carrier compliance;<\/li><li>TCPA compliance;<\/li><li>consent evidence;<\/li><li>opt-out evidence;<\/li><li>fraud prevention;<\/li><li>account security;<\/li><li>dispute resolution;<\/li><li>legal defense.<\/li><\/ul><p>SMS deletion may be limited where records are needed for compliance or proof of consent\/opt-out.<\/p><ol start=\"20\"><li><strong> Payment and Subscription Data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>SX Consent may retain payment, billing and subscription records after a data deletion request.<\/p><p>Payment-related records may include:<\/p><ul><li>transaction
